Ristorante Brandolino

A MUST when in Florence! The best meal of my life and the service was even better. Besi made us feel like we were at home. Will always visit when in Florence. The steak was cooked to perfection and the white truffle pasta…..amazing. Best bruschetta I’ve ever had and the appetizer with garden soil…. No clue what was in there but it was FABULOUS! I went with a group of 5 and everything we had was a 10/10. So happy we found this place !!!!

Brandolino has great reviews and the food that we had was above average. However, the portions are small compared to the prices. An extra small pour of wine is 10+ euros. Our dinner took an extraordinarily long time to arrive - when we arrived at the restaurant, it wasn’t very busy. While we waited for a small (again a small portion for the price) chicken dish people who were seated after us, ordered a large steak, had said steak delivered, and ate the entire steak while I waited, impatiently, for an entree that is on the menu - no special requests. Nothing. I asked the waiter about the wait and he said it takes time - okay but you can take an order, cook a 1.3Kg steak to order, deliver, and consume the steak in the time it takes to cook a bacon wrapped chicken breast. Seems like a lot of money for not a lot of food. Too bad. I can’t recommend anyone spend their money at Brandolino Firenze. Don’t Go. You’ll thank me. SAD ☹️

I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The quality of the food is outstanding, with a variety of flavors that cater perfectly to the Asian palate. Every dish is prepared with the utmost care and presented beautifully. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exquisite culinary journey.

Our family had an amazing experience at Brandolino! We showed up about 15 minutes before the restaurant opened at 7 and they welcomed us in and had us seated with drinks right away! All of our food was unbelievable and not a single crumb was left from appetizers to desserts. The roast potatoes and the crème brûlée were the highlights of the meal and the filet had such a great flavor and melted in your mouth. Besi was an amazing host and we had great service! Cannot say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our family of 7 made reservations at Brandolinos and had an amazing time. A highlight of our trip to Italy as Besi (the owner) made the effort to provide detailed explanations and overall had us feel very welcome. Additionally, everything we ordered off the menu was fantastic, and I don’t think any of us left a single crumb on the plates. Overall I would highly recommend this location if you are in Florence!!
